Wholesale Information

If you are a retailer interested in carrying our line of jewelry, please contact us by phone with the following information: store name, location, phone number and contact person. We can easily email you wholesale pricing information. Our current opening order is only 12 pieces and all jewelry arrives in Liquid Time & Co.'s unique boxes. Reorders can be placed as needed.

Shipping

All orders that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days, however, some orders may take up to 2 weeks if special orders are requested. Please remember that each piece is one-of-a-kind so glass color along with chain/leather requests can be made. Rush orders are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Liquid Time & Co. will use Fedex Ground shipping for orders unless other service is requested.

Accepted Forms of Payment

We gladly accept Mastercard and Visa as well as checks and money orders. Credit card payments will not be processed until items are due to ship. Please note that orders paid by check won't be available for shipment until the check has processed and a $25 fee will be assessed for any returned check.

Special Orders

Liquid Time & Co. will gladly accommodate special orders. Most necklace/bracelet lengths can be altered smaller/larger. Please let us know about any special changes when placing order. Additional fees may apply and there are not returns on special orders.

Returns

At Liquid Time & Co. we want you to be pleased with your order. All returns must be pre-authorized within 5 business days of product delivery if they are damaged or defective. The merchandise must be returned unused, in perfect condition with original packaging. Return freight is the responsibility of the customer and must be insured and prepaid.
